  • Build to spec (base prep, compaction in lifts, grading/drainage, tie-ins, reinstatements, hardscape, planting as assigned)
  • QC the work before it gets covered (subgrade, base, slope, wall base/first course, drainage placement/outlet, tie-ins)
  • Track progress daily, communicate issues early with solutions
  • Manage materials, deliveries, rentals, trucking, and dump runs so the crew stays moving
  • Submit daily field reporting (hours, equipment, photos, constraints, next-day plan)
  • Report equipment issues fast and keep trucks, trailers, tools, and staging areas job-ready
  • Support winter transition and snow operations as assigned

What we need from you:

  • 3+ years in landscape construction (commercial/municipal preferred)

Nice to have:

  • Operator skills (skid steer, mini-ex, plate compactor, saws, laser level)
  • First Aid/CPR
  • Strong phone/tablet habits for daily logs and photos

If you’re the person who prevents problems instead of reacting to them, apply here or message us with a quick summary of jobs you’ve led (scope, crew size, and what you owned).
